Decision!

Amazon joined the Android Race. You might think "why so late"? It was just the right time for the company to be there. There is no point in getting into something without preparedness. There is a great admiration for the agile in the market. What makes one perform good is his/her ability to anticipate, ponder and then jump over the decision. What matters at the end of the day is being spry and not being hasty.

There is a right time and a right call for the every thing, small or big. A momenttary decision on a temporary emotion is a hasty decision which can neither be adorned or embellished. A moentary spry can project the agility but not take you anywhere on the long run. The Swing in the gold prices, the Korean War are few examples which have taken odd shapes because of few hasty decisions.

A Leadership Lesson on time.

Fortunately or unfortunately Leadership is the only lesson learnt through experience.

I usually don't like to bullet my learnings and write paragraphs of content. But today I am forced to share few things

1. Think twice before you take Leadership. Reaching the top of the ladder is an easy task than staying there.
2. You need to be comfortable with change and be ready accept it as a form of Life. What is demanded is Flexiblity.
3. People aren't robots. They have emotions. Each person is as unique as his/her fingerprint. You need to know how to tackle different people at the same time.
4. Once you are in there is no backing out. 
5. Uncertainties will knock your door every morning. You should be ready to welcome it with a tea.
6. Commitments is what will strengthen your team. Stick to them. Don't break them. They will cost you more than money.
7. Stepping up is a compulsion for people staring at the footstep to look up to you.
8. Every second of your time  must be utilized. People are watching!
9. A display of zeal and ardor is a compulsion. The virus called callousness is bound to grow otherwise.
10. The consensus of the people involved is very important for any work that is compelled on someone will just bring him back on the day the idea fails as he would be the first person to remind you his dis-appreciation of it.

What's Happening!

Social media has not just amassed people from different parts of the World, it has also given birth to what is known as the new democracy. What compels me to write this blog is the extensive increase in the publicized insight of people's life.

It was 10 in the night and I Log in to Facebook to see half of my newsfeed filled with checkins in Chinna Swami Stadium, Bangalore. You might wonder why. Well, There was a cricket Match. The IPL soars high.

All I could notice while I scrolled doen where updates, reactions, running e-commentary and expressions of people; Oooh, Aaah, Catch, Almost the end, Sitting at the end of the chair and a lot more.What made me wonder was the way the medium is being used. In one of the World there is man, who wins Elections,creating revolutions in Social Media whereas in other corner people are busy pouring out heart.

So Is Social Media transforming into a pour out room. Only Time can answer. A quick analysis can only misstep our beliefs. What is fascinating is to observe it's quaintness and the flurry of network that the medium brings along.

Jobs to Steve Jobs

With the current media revolving around the hype of Infosys falling down on it's share rate, the job holders are in a state of worry anesthetized with the very fact. The promises by Obama has just added the Indians residing in US, more worries with respect to their stake in their jobs.

60 % of the people throwing blames on the government. What is not understood is the Blind walk that people of the World have been driven into.

A lot can be ameliorated if one can just look into himself than looking out for opportunities, for it is there lies a deep well of unconquered potential. What differentiates leaders and followers is the fact that leaders look into themselves while the followers look up to others. It is what made Steve Jobs the Man who was looked upon.

If one can just conciliate oneself and explore the pool of opportunities, he can dive into a pool of possibilities.
If you want to discover yourself and conquer your self, explore the diversity, study the World, try out a thousand, work on a hundred, focus on 5 and master a select.

Lincoln: What a man, What a movie!

I have long been waiting for this day when I my fingers would be accept to type what my heart had felt.
I have no passion in learning World history in detail but yes I have a special corner in my heart that gets excited at the hear of any Man of action.

Lincoln did steal away a part of my heart as well that is making me write this blog.

"With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in, to bind up the nation's wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and his orphan, to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations" spoke Lincoln and I had goosebumps.


I's not about the Words spoken, it's not about the power, it's not about the people but the Leadership, commitment and action that gets you the love, respect and place in the hearts of millions. Mary Todd Lincoln iterates "
No one is loved as much as you by the people."

With power comes responsiblliy. What gets you the power is Leadership. What brings in Leadership is your actions. What brings in actions is realization. Realizations happen when you are ready to create something big.

It's when you're ready, things come to you.

Lincoln was a Maverick. A Man of Action.

Where are we heading!

My heart skipped a beat when the eyes could not believe what it saw. It was the trailer video of the iPhone 5. Food, Gadgets and Clothes rank highest in my priority list in the same order. Every time I see something new in these categories,  I always tell myself there will be day when I shall buy all that I want.

At the same time, my heart does palpitate when I read about the depleting ozone layer, the Antarctic melt, the sudden hurricane and the rising levels of Water. I try to cajole myself to think positive and be optimistic and not to be held in the Web of Worries. Worse, more news start pouring in.

I wonder what motivates people to perform day after day. Are the alarming signs of the earth growing worse not visible to any. The deft engineers, the astounding scientists, the dexterous entrepreneurs. No one seems to be bothered.

Ignorance is the canker to the nations of the World. The earth has been baited time and again and it's resources decanted. But man continues to follow his greed.

Someone has truly said, it is when the last man is left on earth when mankind will understand the value of being on this planet.

The Mathematical World!


I found an interesting article uploaded in the Official Blog of Inspiration Unlimited that spoke about the Physics behind Business. Being a person who has a strong inclination towards Mathematics, I couldn't stop writing about the presence of mathematics in the World.

It takes 9 months for a child to be born, 3 months for spring to change, 24 hours for the sun to rise, 1/20th of a second for your eye to respond to capture a picture. It's all numbers. Let me bring on more examples.

>The very formation of bud and it's growth happens in Fibonaccci series.
>Success and failure itself is a probability defined by numbers.
>Every person in this world is just 7 contacts away from any other person.
>It takes 23 days to form any Habit.
>A Human brain can concentrate on a particular topic only for 7 minutes.

Fascinating isn't it?
These are some of the miraculous discoveries. At the end of the day, numbers count, in every system.

One need not be a maverick to understand these. Many people have been apprehensive about it as it brings along a fear. What if it fails. Then applies the law of attraction. One needs to purge his wrong beliefs and scour his fears and not be acquiesced but accept certain things, only then one can see miracles happen.

Social media before Tooth Brush!

Social media wins Brushing. What non sense am I talking about? Your expression says so :D
Let me make sense. A study reveals that a greater number of people open Social Media sites first than picking up a tooth brush in the morning.

The World has kind of shifted online. Don't you think so. A new democracy is in the make.
I can hear the most powerful tool getting sharpened. - The Social Media.

I just wanted to pick up a newspaper that my friend told me that yesterday was a Holiday so there would be no newspapers today. I didn't feel bad. But instead I stead Oh, it's on the internet. The radical shift is happening too fast.

A Lunar vehicle being designed, scientists scanning Antartica, Ocean water conversions and the most interesting cricket goes online first. Hastags and News Feeds are flooded first than any other medium. Reporters? People are talking about it......Online!  here definitely are negatives and government has been time and again trying to poke into the medium with it's coercive measures imposed. If you can stop Vishwanathan Anand from winning titles, one can think of stopping it as well. It's as highly impossible.

The tongue cannot resist to talk about Barack Obama when it comes to Social Media. His deft work on the Social Media front makes me go gaga. His dexterity speaks of him.

All that I have to say is, I am astounded at the growth of World online. I am just wondering where it is going to take us to.

Woman - She needs a recognition


I was glancing through the News Sites
that my eyes fell on the most Popular Post
section and what I read startled me.

111 Trees are planted in a village for
every girl child born. Are you joking me?
I wish I could ask  the person who
wrote this.

Nevertheless, It wasn't something I could soak up.
The news kept ringing on my head again and again.
that I could not keep myself from sharing it
with my colleague.

5 Decades have gone by since woman's participation
in growing the countries economy and even today
She is pulled out from being the board and what's worse
is being considered an endangered species.

Yes, We do have examples of Woman who display exemplary
performance and who stand today as role models but
they are hardly countable.

A part of the Society fights for upliftment of woman
while another part subdues her.

In a fight between my way and your way, people
are forgetting time and again there is a
right way.

There is a need for a change. A change in the
mindset, society and it's belief. There is a need
for change in every sector.

An actress in a movie takes only as much space as a pickle
does in a plate of meal. She is considered an element of
entertainment and nothing else. There is a great amount of
male domination in almost all the private
sector industries which has lead to great divide and discrimination
which has given rise to n other social problems.

What can be a solution is far from imagination. But what is nearing in future
is obtuse...

A New year on the 11th April. You can be sure I am from India

Yes! I am an Indian & I am proud of myself. The very fact of celebrating New Year on different days might astound many but did you look at the positive side. We have another day in the calender to begin fresh. It gives us a reason to celebrate.
     Many people choose to shun away the celebration but I strongly feel one needs to pull out few dates and celebrate. Parkinson's disease wouldn't affect the young neither would loneliness if such festivals could be taken seriously and followed by generations. For it not just gives a chance to meet the near and dear but also strengthens the interpersonal bonds.
I was flabbergasted when I came to know about a festival in Spain called Tomatino which is celebrated to strengthen the bonds among people. A Semantic analysis of the current world scenario shows there is a need for a leader, a global leader to emerge. A mosaic of ideas can be brought in by any, but what is need is someone who can cast a spell and change the game from politics to peace. I wish I could cast the Stupify (spell). Things would be much better then.

10th April - Blog 1

Quite an unusual day.
1.4 Lakh people registering for CET marked an epoch in the history of Karnataka. Nevertheless,  what is disappointing for students who plan to ingress a course in IIMB is it's increased fee structure of  17 Lakhs.

I don't understand why people simmer down, when the topic of discussion is Education. Living in a country where the eccentric Modi mocks at PM, Manmohan Singh openly & Half of the people are busy quirking about and the other half are celebrating the epoch created by Mumbai Indians in the IPL, nothing much can be expected than a quirky response by some simmering activists.

Seeing the World at a Large, it's been as normal a day as any other with the quirky politicians trying to ingress their power in every possible sector while the common man enjoys staying home wondering Why Ron Schnieder landed in India.

Hello to all the Wonderful people reading this Blog!

I start today a new blog, which is going be crazily different just like me.
( Meet me sometime you will believe in what I told ;)) It can mean nuisance to you or even a new sense. You can only crack what I am doing if you consistently and patiently pull out 2 minutes everyday in reading this blog. One day I shall definitely blog why I started this but for now, it's time to start what I intend to. Watch out for my next Blog.
