Fortunately or unfortunately Leadership is the only lesson learnt through experience.
I usually don't like to bullet my learnings and write paragraphs of content. But today I am forced to share few things
1. Think twice before you take Leadership. Reaching the top of the ladder is an easy task than staying there.
2. You need to be comfortable with change and be ready accept it as a form of Life. What is demanded is Flexiblity.
3. People aren't robots. They have emotions. Each person is as unique as his/her fingerprint. You need to know how to tackle different people at the same time.
4. Once you are in there is no backing out.

5. Uncertainties will knock your door every morning. You should be ready to welcome it with a tea.
6. Commitments is what will strengthen your team. Stick to them. Don't break them. They will cost you more than money.
7. Stepping up is a compulsion for people staring at the footstep to look up to you.
8. Every second of your time must be utilized. People are watching!
9. A display of zeal and ardor is a compulsion. The virus called callousness is bound to grow otherwise.
10. The consensus of the people involved is very important for any work that is compelled on someone will just bring him back on the day the idea fails as he would be the first person to remind you his dis-appreciation of it.
